Leadership of action plans for operational efficiency and deviation reduction Act as a quality guardian, ensuring all processes comply with regulatory standards (ANVISA, applicable RDCs) and internal standards. Map, design, and review operational processes (BPM / SOPs) across all departments. Implement and maintain quality, productivity, and rework performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Identify bottlenecks and lead action plans focused on operational efficiency and deviation reduction. Ensure traceability and document control. Promote a quality culture within teams (training and awareness). Collaborate integrally with production, laboratory, and administrative departments, serving as a bridge between operations and strategy. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Administration, or related fields Experience in quality management and processes Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.) Familiarity with regulatory standards (strong advantage for compounding pharmacy area) Analytical, organized, and data-driven profile **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
