Ensuring food quality standards and food safety We are hiring a Kitchen Chef with experience in CMV management, inventory control, and team leadership. Prerequisites: Ensuring the kitchen operates according to the establishment's quality standards; supervising daily kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory organization, shift scheduling, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety. - Degree in Gastronomy or currently enrolled (a plus) - Relevant work experience (leadership role) - Experience in CMV control - Experience in kitchen, personnel, and inventory management - Easy access to the South Zone - Flexible availability Commercial Terms Working Hours: To be determined 1 day off per week and 1 Sunday per month Compensation: R$3,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
