Lead and participate in agile ceremonies **Infosys Brazil** is looking for professionals with the **Scrum Master** profile to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of Vale's project lifecycle. * Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role within agile teams. * Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including hands-on experience with agile ceremonies and practices. * Ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritizable requirements. * Skills in backlog management, roadmap definition, and user story refinement. * Strong analytical capability, data-driven orientation (KPIs, OKRs, and product metrics). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supporting alignment between business and technology areas. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro, or equivalents. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred Knowledge):** * Prior experience in large-scale environments or complex, multidisciplinary projects. * Experience in digital transformation initiatives and product governance. * Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks. * Familiarity with indicator analysis and data-driven decision-making. * Ability to act as a facilitator across diverse areas, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives. * Manage the product backlog: prioritize requests, author user stories, and validate deliveries. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads, including developers, QAs, UX designers, and business analysts. * Lead and participate in agile ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement. * Gather feedback from stakeholders, customers, and users to guide continuous product evolution. * Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap according to business needs. * Monitor performance metrics, using data to support strategic decisions. * Ensure deliveries meet quality, timeline, and expected value requirements. * Serve as the central communication point among business areas, technology, and leadership. * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process and solution optimization. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Health and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and/or projects, with potential for international career mobility.
