IT Infrastructure Analyst

Description

We are looking for an **IT Infrastructure and Systems Analyst** to support, improve, and integrate our technological environments. This person will be responsible for **supporting the IT infrastructure, configuring systems and APIs, developing small automations, scripts, reports, and basic integrations between platforms**. We seek someone with an **analytical, organized, collaborative, and problem-solving oriented profile**, who enjoys working both in operations and in continuous process improvement. **Key responsibilities:** * Support IT infrastructure administration and monitoring. * Configure, test, and oversee API-based integrations. * Develop scripts, automations, and routines to optimize internal processes. * Create technical and operational reports to support management. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to systems, access, and integrations. * Document processes, configurations, and technical workflows. * Propose improvements to increase efficiency, stability, and security of environments. **Requirements:** * Experience with IT infrastructure, technical support, or corporate systems. * Knowledge of APIs, basic integrations, and system-to-system communication testing. * Familiarity with scripting, automation, or SQL queries. * Ability to solve problems autonomously, with organization and strong communication skills. * Interest in learning new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms, PowerShell, Python, Postman, Power BI, databases, ITIL, information security, or automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, or similar. **Salary negotiable**.
