We seek a professional focused on data, ensuring: * data quality and reliability for procurement (SLA, spend, suppliers, contracts, and performance); * KPIs and dashboards for management and decision-making; * governance in procurement activities — demand predictability aligned with business units; * support for digital transformation initiatives, focusing on S2P, data-driven procurement process automation and AI, improved user experience, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, maintain, and evolve management dashboards and reports (procurement KPIs, productivity, SLA, savings, purchase cycle, compliance, spend by category/supplier, etc.); * Conduct spend analysis (classification, concentration, trends, opportunities, risks, and anomalies); * Process and consolidate data sources (ERP/SAP, procurement portal, spreadsheets, supplier databases), ensuring integrity and traceability; * Support OPEX and CAPEX forecasting analyses (forecast vs. actual, trends, variances, projections, and assumptions); * Support the coordination team in process standardization and documentation (workflows, policies, checklists, SLAs); * Contribute to procurement governance routines (contract database, contract expirations, alerts, ongoing requests, consolidation, and visibility); * Prepare executive materials for committees and leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Bachelor's degree in** Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or Engineering. **Technical knowledge:** * Advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot, pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling); * Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, basic/intermediate DAX); * Basic understanding of process governance (process mapping, KPIs, SLAs, and controls); * Familiarity with transactional data (purchase orders, requisitions, contracts, cost centers, suppliers); * Basic SQL; Preferred: Python (data analysis), applied statistics, Power Automate, scripting, RPA.
