We are seeking an HR Analyst to work as a generalist in HR, supporting leadership in a high-demand operational environment, ensuring execution of people-related processes and contributing to organizational climate.
**Position – Payroll Department Assistant/Analyst**
On-site \| Downtown, Rio de Janeiro / RJ
Sector: Home Center (importation of products)

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the Payroll Department focal point at the unit, acting as the liaison between the company and third-party accounting services
* Submit monthly information to accounting (hires, terminations, vacations, leaves of absence, payroll variables, benefits, etc.)
* Review payroll, labor charges, and other calculations processed by accounting, ensuring data accuracy
* Monitor and record timekeeping data, overtime hours, absences, and time banks
* Support hiring and termination processes (documentation, verification, and legal deadlines)
* Manage and monitor employee vacation schedules
* Handle control and administration of benefits
* Provide support and guidance to employees regarding labor law questions, payroll, benefits, and internal policies
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and statutory deadlines
* Assist in organizing documents and administrative routines related to the Payroll Department
* Suggest process improvements, aligning with company growth and departmental structuring
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in Payroll Department routines
* Knowledge of payroll processing, labor charges, and legislation (Consolidated Labor Laws - CLT)
* Experience sending and verifying information for third-party accounting services
* Experience managing timekeeping, vacations, hires, and terminations
* Familiarity with timekeeping systems and/or ERP systems is considered a plus
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
