**What success looks like in this role:** Gain an understanding of business needs, software requirements and architectures, data architectures and structures, testing strategies, and other inputs from Product Owners, Business Analysts, Requirements Analysts, Software/Solutions Architects, Data Architects, and Database Analysts. b) Design and maintain technical artifacts (e.g., diagrams, workflows, and interfaces), source code for software, data solutions (e.g., management or monitoring dashboards, reports, analytical databases, master data), and other deliverables related to analysis and design, implementation, and testing disciplines—focused on ETL, DW/DM, BI, Big Data, MDM, Data Quality, and Analytics technologies—as per the applicable methodology. c) Guide team members in understanding the implemented software and data solutions, and their relationship to software requirements and data structures. d) Participate in the development team, taking ownership, planning, estimating, and delivering backlog items during each sprint, while promptly flagging risks related to delays, underutilization, and technical impediments. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** Desirable certifications: a) CSD – Certified Scrum Developer. b) PSD – Professional Scrum Developer. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 360 hours of coursework.
