Prior experience in clinics and strong communication skills are advantages. **Who Are We?** LA DHE is partnering with our client, Clínica Cappelli — a leading provider of hair transplant and hair restoration solutions for nearly 5 years, operating in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais. For this position, we are looking for a **Receptionist** who will work **100% on-site** at the clinic located inside **Barra Shopping \- Rio de Janeiro.** We seek a Receptionist with strong proactivity, agility, familiarity with administrative routines in clinical settings, commitment, excellent communication skills, and discretion when handling sensitive patient matters. **What Is the Work Schedule?** * Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; * Saturday: Alternate Saturdays only (one Saturday on, one Saturday off), from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM; * Sunday: Only when scheduled patients require surgery, as determined by roster. * Overtime: Compensated (Saturdays and Sundays, where applicable) **What Will This Professional Do With Us?** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer service with a high standard of quality and courtesy; * Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from arrival at the clinic; * Manage appointment, surgery, and consultation schedules; * Provide basic administrative support to clinical and commercial teams; * Maintain an organized and professional reception area; * Focus on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and results. **What Qualifications Are Required?** * Prior experience as a receptionist in clinical settings; * Proactive, organized, and communicative personality; * Strong focus on human-centered service and customer experience; * Ability to manage high volumes of people; * English proficiency is a **plus** (due to frequent foreign clients visiting the clinic); * Commitment and professional demeanor. **What Do We Offer?** * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00; * Meal Voucher: R$ 30.00 per day; * Transportation Voucher: Paid via Swile card; **So, are you ready to join our story? :D** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (2nd Level) * Transportation Voucher * Meal Voucher
