Your responsibilities: * Ensure perfect cleaning and sanitization of all dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils; * Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the dish area (stewarding) and kitchen support areas; * Ensure all processes strictly follow hygiene standards and restaurant operating procedures. **You must have:** * Our operation is dynamic, so it's essential to have flexibility to adapt to required shifts and schedules; * Ability to maintain a fast and consistent work pace; * A critical eye to ensure everything is 100% clean and in the right place. **Job details:** * **Employment type:** CLT * **Work schedule:** **6x1** (Six days of work with one weekly day off). * **Hours:** Flexible availability.
