**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform hydraulic, electrical, and masonry repairs in the condominium facilities; * Carry out minor repairs on furniture, doors, locks, etc.; * Support the technical team in the maintenance of machines and equipment; * Conduct routine inspections to identify repair needs; * Assist in organizing and controlling maintenance materials and tools; * Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the work environment. **Requirements:** * Elementary school completion (high school education desirable); * Previous experience in building maintenance will be an advantage; * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and masonry; * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork. **Work Schedule: from 09:00 to 17:20, 6x1 shift (works on Sundays)** Job Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Building Maintenance (Preferred)
