* Clean and maintain common areas: floors, glass, doors, lobbies, staircases, and garage. * Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, and notify when restocking is needed. * Collect trash from building blocks and transport it to the central dumpster, including recyclables. * Keep outdoor areas clean, such as internal sidewalks. * Notify the building manager about issues requiring major repairs. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the condominium.
