Join us and make a difference. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and capex for projects under your responsibility; Coordinate field teams and contractors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality; Manage the execution of large-scale civil construction projects, overseeing all stages including foundations, structures, finishes, and installations; Develop and review technical designs using AutoCAD (advanced level) and other engineering software; Analyze and validate executive designs and descriptive specifications; Support the procurement area in quotations, measurements, and cost control; Ensure compliance with applicable technical, environmental, and safety standards; Prepare physical-financial progress reports and participate in project monitoring meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Active registration with CREA; Solid experience in medium and large-scale projects (ports, industries, infrastructure, or corporate developments); Proficiency in AutoCAD (advanced level); Experience managing field teams; Knowledge in budget preparation and capex control; Availability for on-site work at construction sites.
