Job Summary: Opportunity to work on strategic procurement of goods and services, negotiation of complex contracts, and development of domestic and international suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Development of strategic suppliers We are a growing Brazilian oil and gas operator belonging to the Cobra Group. We commenced operations at the end of 2022, have since doubled in size, and aim to contribute to the economic and social development of the state of Sergipe and Brazil. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred. **Previous Experience (Desired and/or Mandatory):** * Strategic Sourcing; * Extensive experience in EPC/EPCI contracting; * Knowledge of the electromechanical supplier market; * Negotiation of highly complex contractual drafts; * Familiarity with special tax regimes (REPETRO); * Knowledge of taxes; * ERP/SAP (preferred). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Contracting of ECP/EPCI agreements. * Conducting procurement processes for goods and services via SPOT and strategic contracting, in compliance with procurement and compliance policies and procedures; * Negotiation and drafting of contractual drafts; Development and qualification of domestic and international suppliers by strategic categories; * Issuing purchase orders and contracts in the ERP (SAP); * Other duties inherent to the position.
