After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Forecast sales in collaboration with the S\&OP and demand planning process. * Negotiate and implement business plans and orders. * Manage business plans (preparation, countermeasures, and fund disbursement). * Ensure achievement of volume, execution route, and planned product mix targets. * Align and cascade channel commercial strategy. * Responsible for operational client development (volume, product mix, shelf presence, and service margin). * Conduct regular routines with the client’s team to ensure training, portfolio focus, and point-of-sale standards aligned with strategy. * Interface and relationship management with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Customer, Regional Sales, and CIEX). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; postgraduate studies preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). * Experience in large-scale negotiations and client relationship management. * Problem-solving tools and analysis of commercial performance indicators. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Gym Benefit (Wellhub). * Study Grant. * Ypê Gift Card. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Payroll-deductible loan. * PPR — Profit-sharing program. * Cuidar Program: Focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Meal and food allowance.
