We are looking for a **Senior Commercial Analyst** to strengthen the commercial operations of our developments and strategically support sales and relationships with partner real estate agencies. If you possess an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a commercial environment, this may be an excellent opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and validate commercial proposals * Liaise with advisory firms on debt acknowledgment processes * Deliver training programs to partner real estate agencies * Integrate and verify contracts in internal systems * Organize and monitor events at sales booths, meetings, and joint initiatives with real estate agencies * Quotation, negotiation, and supplier relationship management (with management approval) * Coordinate with credit advisory firms on assignment and registration processes * Organize files and provide administrative support to the commercial department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields * Experience in the commercial area within construction or real estate development companies * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Organized, proactive, and effective communication skills Working Hours: Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 18:00; Friday — 08:00 to 17:00 (Saturdays on rotating schedule) Location: Rio de Janeiro (Willingness to work at Jeronimo da Veiga sales booths)
