Join us to BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About this opportunity:** As an **Operations Analyst** at Soul Malls, you will: * Monitor shopping quality, technical areas, infrastructure, and equipment through the quality team, identifying demands and categorizing them as corrective and/or preventive actions. * Execute and control expenses approved by Management (purchases, facilities contracts, materials, etc.), analyze budgets for maintenance, energy, water, and air conditioning packages, and prepare forecasts to keep budgets aligned with planned levels. * Collect data on common and specific charge consumption, analyze deviations, and propose solutions when necessary. * Allocate consumption costs to present data to the Condominium Committee. * Participate in the Condominium Committee to define condominium fees, including energy, water, common charges, and specific charges. * Participate in the annual strategic planning process, gathering information to develop the shopping center’s condominium budget—including maintenance, energy, water, and air conditioning. * Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational and energy efficiency—and consequently reduce expenses—without compromising quality. * Define and oversee maintenance team activities—including outsourced teams—by developing schedules to ensure operational efficiency. * Perform other duties compatible with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Technical Requirement(s):** * Experience in shopping center operations. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Customer focus. * Process focus. * Problem solving. * Initiative. * Sense of urgency. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT; **Work Modality:** On\-site; **Working Hours and Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a company experiencing constant growth and focused on empowering talent, here you’ll also enjoy: Meal and/or Food Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Health and Dental Insurance; Birthday Day\-off to celebrate as you wish; Life Insurance. **Want to learn more?
