Participate in audit projects with diverse teams **Full Job Description** ------------------------------ **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support operational, financial, and compliance audits; * Perform internal control tests and evaluations; * Identify risks and improvement opportunities in processes; * Prepare audit documentation and reports; * Monitor action plans with audited areas; * Participate in audit projects in partnership with teams from different locations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in Internal Audit or External Audit; * Advanced or fluent English (mandatory); * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and strong communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in multinational companies; * Experience in audit firms (Big Four or similar); * Knowledge of Internal Controls, Compliance, and Risk Management; * Experience in highly structured corporate environments. **LOCATION:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ. **WORK MODEL:** * Monday to Friday, business hours. * 100% on-site. **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Childcare Assistance; * Pet Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Psychological, nutritional, and physical wellness support. * Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
