Developing customer portfolios and merchandising activities **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct external technical visits to fleet operators, auto parts retailers, distributors, and mechanical workshops; Present and technically demonstrate parts, components, and systems for heavy-duty vehicles; Provide specialized technical support to the sales team and customers; Deliver technical training sessions, lectures, and capacity-building programs for counter staff, sales representatives, and mechanics; Perform consultative selling by identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions; Prospect new customers and business opportunities within the assigned region; Manage and develop an active customer portfolio; Negotiate product display space and merchandising activities at points of sale (POS); Ensure brand organization, restocking, and visibility at points of sale; Monitor competitor activities and market trends; Prepare visit, training, and performance reports **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering; Technical course or specialization in heavy-duty vehicle mechanics; Proven experience in the sector; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel; Proven experience in the heavy-duty auto parts segment **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $5,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Breakfast at the company Life insurance Meal allowance Variable compensation SulAmérica health plan Fuel allowance **Work Location:** ---------------------- R.
