Receive and organize mail, documents, and packages, ensuring accurate identification and proper routing. Record messages, transfer calls, and direct visitors to appropriate departments. Digitize documents, forms, and administrative records as required by the department. Manage office supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary. Provide general administrative support to help maintain an organized workplace. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
