




Job Summary: Responsible for the quality and performance of electrical systems, interpreting designs, assembling and installing panels, and performing maintenance — always with a focus on safety. Periodic and corrective maintenance of electrical systems * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Interpret technical drawings and electrical projects for system installation; * Assemble and install medium- and low-voltage electrical panels; * Install electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, transfer switches, among others; * Receive project documentation, request and verify materials according to the bill of materials; * Perform pre-assembly of rails and cable trays, distribute all components onto the mounting board, and identify all electrical components; * Install electrical cables, connections, and terminals in accordance with project specifications; * Perform periodic and corrective maintenance on electrical systems; * Strictly comply with electrical safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Implement action plans and departmental procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals; * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor; * Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to your field of expertise, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Execute actions that promote continuous improvement of company processes; * Guarantee and comply with the company's quality policy, and execute work instructions and quality management system procedures; * Support immediate supervisor on matters inherent to your area of expertise, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions focused on KPIs.
