People development and organizational climate management Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and support technical and behavioral training; * Carry out performance evaluations and organizational climate surveys; * Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts; * Support management in compensation and benefits plans and HR metrics; * Implement internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Generalist HR experience; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and HR management tools; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of priority; * Self-motivated profile with planning and execution capabilities.
