Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and proactive Junior Designer to develop visual assets and digital artworks that communicate the essence and impact of Minas Summit 2026. Key Highlights: 1. Contract Type: PJ Contract Duration: 2 months (temporary position) About the Opportunity: Minas Summit 2026 is the largest corporate innovation event in Minas Gerais, bringing together leaders, startups, and creative minds to explore the future of technology and entrepreneurship. We are looking for a talented and proactive Junior Designer to join our team on a temporary basis. The professional will play a key role in developing visual assets and digital artworks that convey the event’s essence and impact, helping shape the visual identity of this historic edition taking place in Belo Horizonte. Responsibilities: The Junior Designer will support the Minas Summit 2026 communications and marketing team. Key activities include: * Creating and adapting digital artworks for the event’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.); * Developing graphic materials for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and advertisements; * Supporting the creation of presentations, digital banners, and internal/external communication materials; * Ensuring visual identity consistency for Minas Summit 2026 across all digital touchpoints; * Collaborating with the content team to transform ideas and text into attractive, engaging visual assets; Requirements: * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communications, or related fields; * Proficiency in \*Adobe Illustrator\* for vector and illustration creation. * Proficiency in \*Adobe Photoshop\* for image editing and compositing. * Advanced experience using \*Canva\* for agile template and social media asset creation. * Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating skills in digital design, visual composition, and typography. * Basic knowledge of best practices for designing across different digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in strategic branding. * Basic motion design knowledge (After Effects). * Familiarity with UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with digital teams. * Prior experience working with startups or in innovation contexts.
