The goal is to build a scalable architecture that accelerates our **Go-to-Market (GTM)** strategy, ensuring agility, quality, and governance in developing digital experiences. **Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation and evolution of the Builder.io CMS, ensuring scalability and performance. * Define technical standards and best practices for integration with internal systems. * Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting developers and squads. * Ensure code security, governance, and quality. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to accelerate launches. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Proven experience with **headless CMS** (Builder.io preferred). * Strong expertise in **React**, **JavaScript**, and the front-end ecosystem. * Experience designing scalable architectures and integrating with APIs. * Ability to provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience optimizing performance for large-scale content volumes. * Knowledge of technical SEO and CMS best practices. * Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools. **Why Join Us?** * A dynamic and innovative environment. * High-impact projects in the digital market. * Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives accelerating our GTM. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
