We seek a disciplined, organized, agile, and attentive profile who works well in teams. **Main Responsibilities:** This Apprentice position in the Warranty area is intended for early-career professionals seeking to acquire knowledge and experience in this field. The professional will work under supervision, learning about processes and procedures related to product and service warranties. * Assist in labeling parts to be sent to the factory; * Archive warranty processes; * Contribute to maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the warranty parts warehouse; * Assist with departmental tasks; * Learn to identify and record non-conformities in warranty processes; * Participate in training and capacity-building sessions on departmental standards and procedures; * Interact with other company departments to ensure resolution of warranty issues; * Perform administrative tasks related to the warranty area; * Receive feedback and guidance from more experienced team members; * Develop communication and teamwork skills. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed or currently pursuing High School education; Basic or intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information:** 23-month Apprenticeship Contract; Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
