Join us and start a new chapter in your career! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform insulation resistance tests (Megger) on power cables supplying field equipment. Conduct visual and physical inspections of power cables, verifying compliance with design specifications and safe operating conditions. Identify electrical non-conformities, such as: insulation failures, cracks, cuts, abrasion, or drying; improvised or exposed splices; oxidation, looseness, or faults in connections and terminals; shielding, identification, or cable routing issues; cable cross-section incompatibility with the connected load; inadequate mechanical or UV protection; bends exceeding the permitted radius; and proximity to heat sources. Issue technical reports certifying cables fit for operation and indicating items requiring replacement or correction. Record photographic evidence of observed conditions, including date and identification. Assess the need for additional tests and surveys, such as: additional insulation tests; voltage drop verification; ohmic resistance testing at terminals; evaluation of cable trays, conduits, and connections. Identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining safety, operational reliability, and maintenance efficiency. Perform inspections and tests on Lightning Protection Systems (SPDA), including embedded grounding meshes. Evaluate the mechanical and electrical integrity of air terminals, down conductors, rods, connections, welds, supports, ground electrodes, and inspection boxes. Verify compliance regarding: positioning and fixation of air terminals; quantity and condition of down conductors; absence of improper splices and oxidation; accessibility and condition of the grounding system; interconnection between grounding systems and equipotentialization. Perform electrical continuity measurements on air termination, down conductor, and grounding subsystems. Prepare technical compliance reports, indicating items to be replaced and any total or partial absence of SPDA. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education;
