Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical guidance on musical and audio products to achieve commercial closure; * Identify customer needs; * Demonstrate product benefits and features; * Present pricing and payment options; * Finalize sales; * Conduct relationship-building activities aimed at sales prospecting; * Identify new business opportunities within your network; * Maintain organization of the product display area in the store; * Highlight promotional items and key sales drivers, per manager instructions; * Strong engagement with prospecting tools: WhatsApp and social media; * Social media accounts open for interaction; * Desired: strong persuasion and commercial closing skills, empathy, and commercial energy. Requirements and Qualifications * Must know how to play a musical instrument * Proficiency in piano or keyboard is a plus * Being a professional musician is a plus * Completed High School education * Sales experience * Basic computer skills * Internet and email knowledge * Empathy * Verbal fluency * Initiative and poise * Responsibility * Owner’s mindset * Act with transparency and honesty * Enjoy working with people
