Job Summary: This role involves order preparation and assembly, customer service focused on generating smiles, and maintaining restaurant and equipment cleanliness and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. You’ll support our restaurant’s operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring the environment and equipment remain clean at all times. See details below! Customer service is one of the most important parts of this job: our top priority is generating smiles! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers across our restaurants—activities include taking orders and processing payments, including via our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items that come out of our kitchen: sandwiches, McFries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training to operate appropriate equipment, as well as on maintaining our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following official guidelines and the operations manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
