If you are a professional passionate about what you do and seeking to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Performance Analyst**: * Design strategic plans and execute operational activities to generate digital traffic; * Continuously monitor campaigns according to CPL, CPA, CRT, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROI metrics to propose and implement optimizations and improvements; * Develop analyses, insights, and learnings related to digital performance, as well as testing methodologies; * Manage online media, produce reports, and analyze campaigns; * Lead technical meetings with internal clients to demonstrate actions, interpret results, and plan next steps. **Requirements and Qualifications** Do you identify with our challenge?
