Job Summary: We are seeking a Fiscal Assistant to support tax routine activities, ensuring compliance and collaborating on tax calculation and fiscal bookkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Support in issuing fiscal documents and resolving inconsistencies We are looking for a **Fiscal Assistant** to support tax routine activities, ensuring proper fulfillment of tax obligations and legal compliance of processes. The professional will collaborate with the team on tax calculation, fiscal bookkeeping, and issuance of fiscal documents. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL); * Perform fiscal entries and bookkeeping for incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices; * Contribute to the preparation and verification of tax payment slips; * Support the submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, among others); * Maintain organization of fiscal documents and electronic files; * Provide support in resolving fiscal inconsistencies and during tax audits **Main Benefits** * Variable bonus / incentive, averaging between R$200.00 and R$250.00 per month for employees * Meal voucher of R$30.00 per day (or R$20.00 \+ complimentary lunch at a partner restaurant), equivalent to approximately R$600.00 per month * Choice between transportation voucher or fuel allowance (VT rule: deduction up to 6% of salary) * Unimed health insurance plan (co-payment – full monthly premium covered by the company) * Unimed dental insurance plan (100% covered by the company) * Life insurance * Snacks and cafeteria available * Flexibility in compensating holiday weekends * GymPass (WellHub: gym network – subsidized co-payment) * Agreement with Clube Recreativo Mineiro for free employee access (club located in the Sion neighborhood) * Education Incentive: the company covers up to 90% of course costs in the employee's field of expertise
