Job Summary: This professional will monitor the transport fleet, manage databases, conduct operational analyses, and assist users to ensure system functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and prompt user support with technical assistance **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the public transport fleet in real time, ensuring trip compliance and operational regularity; * Manage and maintain up-to-date operational databases, guaranteeing data reliability and integrity; * Conduct data analyses aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting decision-making; * Provide courteous and prompt user assistance, delivering technical support and appropriate solutions; * Record service orders and collaborate with other departments to ensure proper functioning of the passenger transport system. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (a practical Excel test will be administered); * Aptitude for customer service and public interaction. **Work Schedule** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off, either from 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM or from 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM\. **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * Meal allowance: BRL 900.00/month; * Full transportation allowance, with no 6% payroll deduction; * Vacation return bonus after 3 years of employment; * Health and dental insurance; * EcxCard (pharmacy partnership); * Total Pass (fitness center partnership).
