**Education**:
Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy** or other teaching licensure programs with School Administration specialization
**Knowledge Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the management of pedagogical activities, coordinating and guiding areas under their responsibility and working to implement the Institution’s policies and guidelines, ensuring student learning and development.
* Disseminate institutional policies to raise awareness and foster engagement among areas under their responsibility regarding the organization’s business, mission, values, and strategies.
* Participate in developing the school’s Political-Pedagogical Project and Internal Regulations, contributing content from their area of expertise.
* Coordinate the development of the segment’s teaching program according to the Pedagogical Project and the school’s policies and regulatory norms.
* Promote the school’s methodology and pedagogical proposal to interested parents.
* Monitor and implement updates to Maple Bear’s programs, ensuring teachers’ access to instructional materials and their application across relevant segments.
* Develop and lead annual planning of subject content in accordance with the curriculum.
* Inform parents about annual learning objectives and subject content for each academic year.
* Coordinate new student selection activities per internal procedures.
* Supervise class assignments for each new academic year and organize student and parent orientation during the first weeks of classes.
* Coordinate the development of teaching programs for segments in alignment with the school’s Pedagogical Project, Maple Bear’s programs, and policies.
* Support students’ emotional and behavioral needs, promoting the development of social skills and self-regulation.
* Monitor and evaluate the teaching-learning process and student performance to identify intervention needs involving parents and teachers.
* Provide pedagogical support to students and parents, proposing integrated actions addressing adaptation, interpersonal relationships, and academic progress to enhance the educational process.
* Monitor and supervise student assessment processes throughout academic terms and ensure timely communication of results to students and guardians.
* Meet individually with parents and/or guardians, formally documenting discussed topics per current internal policy.
* Propose pedagogical projects to leadership aligned with Maple Bear’s Pedagogical Proposal, programs, and policies.
* Monitor the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for students with specific or special needs.
* Monitor execution of school activities according to the annual academic calendar approved by the Pedagogical Committee.
* Contact parents and/or guardians regarding disciplinary matters, student safety, and health issues per internal procedures.
* Monitor pedagogical consultants and trainers when supporting segments under their responsibility.
* Organize and participate in lectures and workshops for parents and the pedagogical team related to their area of expertise.
* Arrange temporary replacements for pedagogical staff during absences or leaves per internal procedures.
* Guide, monitor, and evaluate direct reports in performing their duties.
* Conduct classroom “Assessments” within their segment and hold individual meetings with teachers to review lesson planning.
* Review student performance reports (“Report Cards”).
* Plan and promote continuous professional development for the pedagogical team through internal and external training and courses.
* Participate in recruitment, admission, promotion, and termination processes for pedagogical staff per Human Resources policies.
* Plan and conduct onboarding training for new pedagogical staff.
* Propose improvements to routine processes to the Pedagogical Leadership when necessary.
* Participate in planning educational field trips for unit students.
* Assess annual requirements for pedagogical teaching materials.
* Coordinate completion of class journals by teachers on their team.
* Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to knowledge building in their field.
* Ensure compliance with the school’s regulatory norms.
