Strong field presence. **Occupational Safety Technician** --------------------------------------- ### **Job Summary** Directly work on construction sites to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, accident prevention, and promotion of a safe working environment. A professional with strong field presence, performing preventive, advisory, and integrated activities alongside operational teams. ### **Responsibilities** * Conduct field safety inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Monitor operational activities, advising on safe practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), safety training sessions, and occupational safety guidance. * Support incident/accident investigations and monitor corrective actions. * Manage and maintain up-to-date occupational health and safety documentation and records. ### **Education and Requirements** * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety. * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience on construction sites, preferably industrial ones. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Availability for fieldwork. ### **Competencies** * Preventive mindset and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-site guidance. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Operational organization and discipline. * Ability to build effective relationships with operational teams. ### **Benefits** * 13th-month salary * 30 days of vacation within the contractual period * ND (fixed amount for cost-of-living allowance) * Profit-sharing program (PLR) and merit-based rewards * Fieldwork day off * Accommodation (if required) ### **Diversity \& Inclusion** We value diversity and encourage applications from **People with Disabilities (PWD)**
