Job Summary: Lead and supervise production operations, ensuring compliance with the production plan and standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery schedule, acting as an agent of change and developing the team. Development and training of operational team Lead and supervise production operations, ensuring adherence to the production control plan (PCP) within safety, quality, cost, and delivery schedule standards. Act as an agent of change in implementing continuous improvements and developing the operational team. * Supervise the production flow by assigning tasks and ensuring efficient utilization of machinery, materials, and labor. * + Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions. + Ensure strict adherence to the manufacturing schedule and agreed delivery deadlines. + Supervise machine setup and workplace organization (5S methodology). + Lead, motivate, and guide the operational team, fostering a positive and productive organizational climate. + Identify training needs and conduct technical and behavioral training for employees. + Support HR in personnel movement processes (hiring, promotions, and terminations) based on technical criteria and performance. + Provide regular feedback and conduct formal team performance evaluations. + Ensure all products meet required quality standards and technical specifications. + Guarantee proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and full compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures. + Investigate root causes of accidents or quality deviations and propose definitive solutions. + Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, SMED, Poka\-Yoke) to reduce waste. + Control raw material and input consumption, focusing on reducing operational costs and losses. + Actively participate in new product development projects or process improvement initiatives.
