Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the production line to ensure efficiency, quality, deadlines, and leading the team toward a safe and productive work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Manage inventory, coordinate packaging, and schedule production Responsible for supervising production line activities, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, responsible for leading the production team to ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment, as well as guiding the team on company best practices and directives. Job Description: ● Supervise and coordinate activities of production assistants and machine operators, assigning tasks and guiding the team to meet production targets. ● Ensure compliance with established quality standards by monitoring the production process and conducting regular inspections of finished products. ● Manage material inventory, monitor inventory levels, and request replenishments as needed. ● Coordinate packaging, storage, and shipment operations for finished products, ensuring proper identification and handling. ● Schedule production in collaboration with the planning department, considering resource availability and delivery deadlines. ● Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation and operator safety. ● Promote team training and development by providing regular training sessions and feedback to enhance technical and behavioral skills. ● Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, implementing preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks and safeguard employee well-being. ● Maintain production, quality, and team performance records, providing periodic reports to coordination / management / executive leadership. Collaborate with other departments—such as procurement, quality, logistics, finance, etc.—to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
