Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and cleaning services across various units, equipment, and facilities of Cervejaria Charada, ensuring proper operation and preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Responsibility for organizing and transporting products and supplies 3. Focus on safety, hygiene, and quality in all activities Job Responsibilities: 1\. Follow Cervejaria Charada's safety, hygiene, and quality standards; 2\. Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning services at Cervejaria Charada's units; 3\. Inspect, repair, and maintain the proper functioning of Cervejaria Charada's equipment; 4\. Inspect, repair, and maintain the proper functioning of Pubs' electrical installations — lighting, outlets, switches, and others; 5\. Inspect, repair, and maintain the proper functioning of Pubs' plumbing installations — sinks, faucets, toilets, grease traps, and others; 6\. Inspect, repair, and maintain the proper functioning of Pubs' buildings and furniture — masonry, flooring, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and others; 7\. Clean and maintain Cervejaria Charada's vehicles; 8\. Report to the immediate supervisor, whenever necessary, the need to hire specialized technical service providers for specific repairs and maintenance; 9\. Purchase and transport products or supplies for Cervejaria Charada's units; 10\. Transport and relocate products, items, tools, and general machinery; 11\. Organize and maintain equipment and/or products optimally in physical spaces, on shelves, racks, pallets, containers, and equipment, etc.; 12\. Complete the routine activity checklist; 13\. Daily complete the Maintenance History Log, describing performed activities; Transport and relocate products or supplies; Ensure waste is properly collected, packaged, and disposed of; Perform cleaning, hygiene, and preservation of Cervejaria Charada's Pubs; Follow instructions and perform cleaning, hygiene, and safety at the workplace; Replace and install damaged parts and/or components of equipment; Perform maintenance in premises, storage areas, and equipment; Assist with other maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
