CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Receive shift handover at the scheduled time to monitor patient progress and develop nursing care plans for patients; Attend to patients by performing basic nursing care according to prescriptions, and assist physicians with invasive procedures; Ensure adherence to patient safety standards, including identification wristbands, prevention of related risks, and infection prevention protocols established by SESA, among others; Measure patients’ vital signs (pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation, temperature, and blood pressure) every 2 hours (2/2h) per medical prescriptions and/or whenever necessary, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the unit nurse and the on-duty physician; Record vital signs on the fluid balance form and in patients’ electronic medical records; Administer the correct medication according to medical prescriptions, verifying timing, dosage, medication appearance, route of administration, and patient identification; Perform wound dressings per nurse instructions, adhering to aseptic techniques, documenting wound characteristics in the patient’s medical record, and requesting nurse presence whenever doubts or difficulties arise, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Technical Nursing Course / Active COREN registration / Experience in CTI. **Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD)** ##### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meals provided at the company * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Job Posting Date: 12/05/2025
