




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of yellow-line and paving equipment, leading the mechanical maintenance team and supervising maintenance activities. Focus on safety and deadline compliance **Primary Objective:** Ensure maximum availability and reliability of yellow-line and paving equipment through efficient management of maintenance activities and leadership of the mechanical team, directly contributing to productivity, safety, and project schedule adherence. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance team for yellow-line and paving equipment; * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance (excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, compacting rollers, concrete finishers, cold planers, etc.); * Ensure fleet equipment availability and reliability; * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures, guiding technical solutions; * Control work orders and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.); * Manage spare parts and consumables inventory, requesting replenishment as needed; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; * Support maintenance scheduling in coordination with operations/construction sites; * Train and develop the technical team. * Comply with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards to avoid rework, accidents, and component damage. **Mandatory Requirements (education, experience, technical skills):** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience in maintenance of yellow-line and paving equipment. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and basic electricity. * Experience leading mechanical technician teams. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. * Driver's license category B (category C or D preferred). * Willingness to travel to construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications:** Completed high school education (technical course in Mechanics or related fields preferred). Experience in heavy infrastructure projects (highways, earthworks, paving). **Benefits:** Meals provided at the company.
