Technical support to the team for service quality and sustainability We are seeking a **Legal Controller Attorney** to serve as a key member of the firm's structure, ensuring efficient process control, legal compliance, and strategic organization of legal routines. Your role will be critical in guaranteeing legal security, risk mitigation, and technical support to the team, directly contributing to the quality and sustainability of services provided. **Main Responsibilities:** Work focused on **reading, analyzing, processing, and registering labor deadlines**, especially during the **enforcement phase**. * Monitor and update procedural and administrative deadlines; * Read and process legal publications; * Register deadlines, procedural movements, and court orders in internal systems; * Organize calendars for hearings, oral arguments, and legal commitments; * Update procedural management spreadsheets and systems; * Support communication with attorneys regarding deadlines and pending items; * Ensure data integrity, reliability, and timeliness; * Generate managerial reports for strategic monitoring. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in legal controller roles or procedural monitoring; * Familiarity with legal systems (EasyJur preferred); * Proficiency in Google Workspace; * Organized, analytical, detail-oriented profile with strong sense of priority; * Strong communication skills and responsibility regarding deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in law firms; * Experience handling high volumes of cases; * Collaborative mindset and strategic vision of controller functions. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel reimbursement; * OAB fee payment (after 3 months); * Life insurance; * Market-competitive remuneration. **Job Details:** * Employment type: PJ or CLT * Work location: On-site Job type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
