Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and attentive Doorman to provide friendly service, maintain environmental organization and security, and serve as the first point of contact. We are looking for a responsible and attentive Doorman to join our team. This professional will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and service providers, ensuring friendly service while contributing to environmental organization and security. **Your responsibilities here:** * Register, control, and authorize computerized access for people and vehicles; * Conduct inspections and surveys in internal areas, ensuring order and security; * Receive and register items, assets, and correspondence; * Control key usage and parking access, providing appropriate guidance and maintaining updated records; * Communicate\-clearly and guide employees, visitors, and third parties as needed; * Safeguard the physical well-being of individuals and protect the institution's assets. **What we are looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with two-way radio communication is desirable; * Availability to work on all shifts \[Ferista]. **Work schedule:** **The Ferista professional must be available to work during all the shifts listed below** * Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM * Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM * 12x36 day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * 12x36 night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **We value diversity and equality for all individuals, without distinction based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, race, ethnicity, or other factors.
