





**Job Summary** Responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce parts according to technical drawings, machining parameters, and the company’s quality standards. Directly involved in machine setup, operation, adjustments, and process monitoring to ensure productivity, precision, and safety. **Key Responsibilities** \- Set up the CNC milling machine, including mounting and aligning fixtures, vises, and other necessary workholding devices. \- Read and interpret technical drawings, 3D models, process sheets, and manufacturing routings. \- Perform tool presetting and measurement, ensuring correct values for length, radius, and compensation. \- Load and call up CNC programs, and make simple program adjustments as required. \- Operate the CNC milling machine to perform machining operations according to specified parameters. \- Verify dimensions of machined parts using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc.). \- Identify non-conformities and document process or quality-related incidents. \- Clean the machine and maintain an organized workstation. \- Monitor tool wear and request replacements when necessary. \- Comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures. **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience operating CNC milling machines. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Basic understanding of CNC programming (FANUC, Siemens, or similar preferred). * Experience using measuring instruments. * Familiarity with machining steels, aluminum, and special materials is desirable.
