**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Prepare doughs, fillings, and frostings for cakes, pies, fine desserts, and other bakery products, following standardized recipes. * Bake, cool, and finish products using decoration and finishing techniques. Assemble and decorate customized cakes and desserts according to orders and company standards. * Maintain quality control, product expiry dates, and presentation of displayed items. * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace, utensils, molds, and equipment, adhering to good food handling practices. * Perform ingredient pre-preparation, stock organization, and input inventory control. * Assist in developing new products and recipe testing. **WHAT WE NEED:** * Prior experience in baking, pastry-making, or food production is desirable. Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Availability to work on a **6x1 rotating schedule, working two Sundays and having one Sunday off.** * Availability for the **11:00 AM to 7:20 PM shift, with flexibility when required.** * Must reside in or have easy access to Eusébio/CE.
