Support the surveyor's work by performing field procedures with their specific characteristics and details during registrations, surveys, and stakeouts, using codes such as FOOT, CREST, and many others essential and unique to surveying. Use specialized terminology including axis, alignment, level, section, alignment, backsight, foresight, station, etc. Operate/manipulate equipment such as total stations, GPS, and other tools, as well as instruments like rods, prisms, machetes, billhooks, files, ranging poles, rulers, scales, levels, tape measures, umbrellas, mallets, push rods, and accessories such as stakes and pegs.
