Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries and presenting company solutions * Assist in preparing commercial proposals (pricing and payment terms) * Monitor the entire sales process, from prospecting to post-sales * Conduct follow-up with customers and leads to identify conversion opportunities * Keep the commercial management system up to date * Support the sales team in administrative and strategic tasks * Contribute to market and competitive analysis * Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns * Assist in organizing trade shows and commercial events * Prepare performance reports and metrics Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Proactivity and results orientation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Prior experience in the commercial field is a plus Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CRM systems * Familiarity with B2B sales routines * Knowledge of commercial strategies * Knowledge of electrical engineering or electrical products.
