Job Summary: We are seeking a Final Art Intern to support the Marketing team in creating and producing corporate ID badges, with a focus on organizing and standardizing print-ready files. We are looking for a **Final Art Intern** to support our Marketing team in the **creation and production of corporate ID badges**. **What We Expect From You** * Creation and layout of **identification badges** * **Prepare files for printing (file finalization, bleed, color conversion)** * Basic image adjustments and processing * File organization and visual standards compliance * **Direct contact with clients for information collection and validation** **Responsibilities:** Check, organize, and standardize files for printing, verifying format, colors, images, font sizes, bleed, safety margins, and file finalization. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Graphic Design or related fields * Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction * Agile, organized profile with broad awareness of daily operational challenges * Creative thinking and attention to detail * **Availability to work during business hours (9 AM to 4 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).** **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience in graphic design or visual material production. **Work Model:** * **On-site:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (Funcionários neighborhood, Belo Horizonte/MG). **Why Join Ortep?** * Here, you’ll work in a light, innovative, and human-centered environment—with people who believe technology and empathy can (and should!) go hand in hand. ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Photoshop, Illustrator, Client Negotiation ### **Benefits:** Mobility Allowance (for transportation apps), Birthday Day Off, Meal Voucher, Wellhub (formerly Gympass) ### **Department:** Marketing
