Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspection, analysis, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock, ensuring service effectiveness and continuous improvement of procedures. Opportunity to propose and implement operational improvements We are a company engaged in the manufacturing and maintenance of rolling stock for crawler tractors, excavators, drilling machines, and harvesters. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform equipment inspection services, follow inspection routes, and collect data for predictive analysis. \- Perform maintenance adjustments and interventions during inspections. \- Create work orders in the computerized maintenance management system, indicating priorities, required resources, and execution deadlines. \- Ensure and verify the effectiveness of services originating from inspections. \- Analyze failures, propose, and implement corrective actions to prevent deviations. \- Monitor equipment testing. \- Propose and/or develop improvements to maintenance operational procedures (standards and work instructions). \- Interpret drawings, standards, and work instructions, understanding component functionality and their interrelationships within the assembly. \- Perform, maintain, and supervise cleaning and preservation of facilities and equipment. \- Monitor outsourced maintenance services. \- Develop maintenance planning and scheduling. \- Request component overhauls **Requirements and Qualifications:** Mechanical or Electrical Technician, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy Meals provided at the company: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack Basic food basket Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.492,00 \- R$3\.684,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Metal-mechanical companies (Mandatory) * Drawing interpretation (Mandatory) * Quality inspector (Mandatory)
