End-to-end project management with a focus on continuous improvement ERG Engenharia is seeking a professional to work as a **Technical Coordinator**, responsible for **surveying-scope** contracts in **Mariana/MG**. If you have experience in the listed activities and meet the requirements, apply now! **Main Responsibilities:** · Manage work teams, allocating tasks according to project scope and team competencies, providing support during execution; · Monitor outcomes and assist in addressing potential difficulties; · Manage KPIs to track contract performance; · Develop and monitor service schedules, keeping management informed about contract progress; · Interface with the client; · Attend meetings as requested by the client; · Interface with the company's strategic departments (HR, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, Logistics, Commercial); · Provide technical and operational support to the team; · Assist in preparing technical proposals; · Be responsible for end-to-end project management; · Ensure compliance with the technical terms of contracts under responsibility (technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, safety, and quality), always pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or related fields; · Experience in surveying contract management; · Experience in Vale’s operational area; · Driver’s license Category B (minimum 2 years); · Advanced Microsoft Office package; · Residency in Mariana/MG or willingness to relocate.
