Job Summary: Professional to lead end-to-end management of medium/large-scale projects, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective communication with clients and team members. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer relationship and opportunity identification Responsibilities: * Ensure all activities and operations are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations and legislation governing business operations. * Identify project scope, assumptions, constraints, and technical requirements. * Develop the project plan, ensuring integration among scope, costs, revenue, resources, and timelines. * Identify and quantitatively and qualitatively analyze project risks, develop response plans, and monitor them accordingly. * Control changes and their impacts. * Conduct project-related meetings/presentations with clients and team members. * Capture, distribute, and apply lessons learned. * Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities. * Apply project management guidelines. * Manage contracts and ensure actions align with contractual terms, including licenses, insurance, bank guarantees, and client invoicing. * Perform financial control—actuals and forecast—for costs and revenue. * Ensure timely billing and collections per contract terms. * Lead and motivate the project team to achieve optimal productivity, contributing to project success. * Actively participate in and promote improvements to the company’s QSSMS system. * Conduct site visits to operational fronts, fulfilling the role of visible leadership. * Ensure project execution efficiency according to contractual requirements (scope, schedule, and cost/revenue). * Ensure efficient communication among stakeholders (clients, suppliers, partners, support departments, operations). * Manage risks and resolve issues using project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Willingness to travel and occasional on-site project assignments. * Extensive experience in managing medium/large-scale projects. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management. * Advanced MS Project. * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel). Desirable/Preferred: * Green Belt, PMI, or APM certification is preferred. * Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
