Together, we lead the way to make mining and construction more sustainable. **This position** serves key and major customers in Minas Gerais, as well as being prepared to cover potential new customers and mining projects in Brazil’s Central-West and Northern regions. **Location**: Vespasiano, Belo Horizonte **Your Mission:** Support the full commercial relationship between customers and Epiroc, identifying the optimal channels, products, and services required to expand our market share while ensuring presence and profitability. Communicating with our Business Lines Managers (BLMs), as well as developing and managing an integrated relationship across multiple levels within the customer’s organization. Interested? **Join our team!** **We Offer:** Superflex Meal Voucher; Medical & Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Totalpass; Private Pension; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Commuting Allowance; and more! **Responsibilities:** * Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs, operations, and strategy, and design/implement a customized marketing plan to increase market share and profitability. * Facilitate periodic business review meetings with the account, involving appropriate personnel. * Assume P&L responsibility for the account. * Ensure consistent global sales and service standards for the account. * Utilize project management tools and techniques for proposals and contracts to track costs and overall progress in increasing market share. * Manage all Epiroc communications and messaging to the account. This may include professional presentations using PowerPoint and verbal presentations before groups. * Obtain and maintain accurate information regarding fleet usage (Epiroc and competitors), drilling parameters, and efficiency to develop strategic business cases and identify future threats/opportunities. * Ensure monthly reports, market intelligence, feedback, and industry trends are appropriately communicated to respective business lines. * Prepare regular forecasting and progress reports for internal departments. * Implement strategic initiatives and assist in launching new products. * Travel to customer locations as needed to successfully achieve targets. * Manage, develop, and lead direct reports and execute the full employee lifecycle processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, responsible feedback, training and development, other HR metrics), using strategic vision to create suitable succession plans when necessary. * Regularly communicate with BLMs from business lines and the Customer Care team. * Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. **Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Management System Responsibilities:** * Comply with the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and related documents; * Know and respect the registers of aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your daily routine; * Comply with company safety regulations. **Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Engineering; acceptable: Business Administration, Economics); * Sales and/or negotiation skills; * Minimum 5 years of experience in Brazil’s mining/construction sectors; * Experience with surface and underground mining equipment—including excavators, rope shovels, wheel loaders, and/or draglines—is a plus; * Experience in the mining sector; * Experience with Epiroc or competitor equipment; * Experience working with underground customers; * English and Spanish are a plus (not mandatory). **Your Profile:** * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with strong customer focus; * Sales skills demonstrating determination, confidence, resilience, and adaptability; * Initiative; * Results orientation; * Opportunity to challenge and innovate the industry; * Challenge the status quo; * Regular travel to remote locations. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must develop to meet a growing population.
