Manage the clinic’s appointment schedule, including booking and confirmation. Provide direct support to clinical staff, sales team, and management as needed. Clearly communicate characteristics of requested exams and procedures. Create registration forms, digitize documents, and organize files. Be responsible for opening and/or closing the clinic, ensuring site security. Monitor and control inventory of various materials and reception supplies. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some activities in this role. High school diploma required.
