Job Summary: This role involves assisting with administrative and support activities at the Eye Clinic units, with a focus on supporting patient care and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in administrative and support activities 2. Support in the workflow of ophthalmological consultations 3. Organization and assistance during ophthalmological consultations Assist with administrative and support activities at the Eye Clinic units, as well as data and information consolidation. * Assist with activities according to instructions from the responsible nurse; * Assist with patient flow at the Eye Clinic units. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 800 **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide information and guidance regarding patient care * Guidance on consultations and examinations – Scheduling and in-person or telephone guidance * Assist with ophthalmological consultations – Retrieving medications * Organize patient queues, organize examination rooms ("make cotton balls"), assist during consultations by performing auto-refractor exams and measuring intraocular pressure using non-contact tonometry * Assist at the reception desk – Calling patients * Support patient flow management (organizing appointment tickets, calling patients by ticket number) **Requirements and Qualifications** Course: Nursing Technician Semester(s): Starting from the 1st semester **Additional Information** We believe healthcare must be cutting-edge and accessible to all.
